KPK Vs POLRI

JAKARTA -- Isu adanya skenario "menghabisi" Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) nampaknya bukan sekadar isapan jempol.Tanda-tanda pembenaran isu itu, sedikit-demi sedikit mulai nampak. Setelah ketua KPK Antasari Azhar tergilas kasus pembunuhan, semalam dua rekannya di KPK Bibit Samad Rianto dan Chandra M Hamzah menyusul ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh polisi, setelah keduanya diperiksa secara marathon dari jam 10.00 pagi hingga menjelang tengah malam tadi.

Pengumuman penetapan tersangka itu disampaikan Direktur III Bareskrim Polri, Komisaris Besar Yovianes Mahar, dipenghujung malam Selasa (15/9). "Jadi tersangka atas tuduhan yang kemarin, menyalahgunakan kekuasaannya untuk memaksa orang melakukan sesuatu.

Yang jelas kita tetapkan sebagai tersangka penyalahgunaan kewenangan," ujar Mahar. Keduanya, Bibit dan Chandra disangka pasal 23 UU Nomor 31 Tahun 1999, juncto UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001, juncto pasal 421 KUHP, dan pasal 12 huruf e juncto pasal 15 UU Nomor 31 Tahun 1999. "Hukuman minimal satu tahun, maksimal enam tahun," sebut Mahar.

Ditanya soal perlunya penahanan, Mahar mengaskan bahwa hal itu tergantung sikap kooperatif kedua tersangka. Bisa saja, keduanya langsung ditahan, atau juga menjadi tahanan rumah."Ya kalau kooperatif ya baik, artinya tidak melarikan diri atau tidak menghilangkan barang bukti," tandasnya.

Penetepan kedua pejabat KPK sebagai tersangka sebenarnya sudah banyak diperkirakan.Dan kondisi ini, mengundang banyak keprihatinan dari masyarakat. Sejauh ini, dukungan terhadap KPK memang masih terus mengalir.

Kemarin, ratusan massa yang terdiri aktivis anti korupsi, mahasiswa, kaum profesional dan para pegawai KPK melepas Bibit dan Chandra, sebelum mendatangi pemeriksaan polisi. Diantara pendukung KPK menggelar spanduk protes. Diantaranya, "Selamatkan KPK" ada pula spanduk yang menyindir SBY, "Your Silent on KPK Matters is not Golden."

Desakan agar Presiden SBY segera turun tangan atas perseteruan antar lembaga hukum ini memang sudah santer disuarakan banyak pihak. Mantan Wakil Ketua KPK Ery Riyanan Hardjapamekas juga menyerukan hal serupa.

Camour tangan Presiden memang diharapkan sebagai bentuk campur tangan hukum. Tetapi, Presiden diharapkan bisa memilah, mengapa kepentingan oknum kecil itu dibiarkan begitu saja. Menurut Ery, penegakan hukum tetap harus dihargai."Tetapi, apabila dengan alasan yang diada-adakan, itu kan aneh."

Sebagai mantan KPK, Ery mengaku prihatin dengan kondisi ini.Dia mengungkapkan apabila benar ada penyalahgunaan kewenangan, hal terseut akan menjadi preseden buruk. "Kejaksaan dapat mempermasalahkan kewenangan pula nantinya," ujarnya. Sengketa itu harusnya bisa diselesaikan lewat Judicial Review.

Siang hari, di Mabes Polri, Kepala Badan Reserse dan Kriminal Polri, Komisaris Jenderal Susno Duadji membantah isu keretakan hubungan antara Polri, Kejaksaan Agung, dan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. Susno yang mengenakan baju putih lengan panjang itu menjelaskan, di KPK terdapat personel dari Polri dan Kejaksaan Agung.

Susno bahkan berjanji akan tampil paling depan jika ada pihak-pihak yang berusaha menghancurkan KPK. "Ini bukan lip services. Kalau ada yang menghacurkan KPK, kita [Polri] tampil paling depan khususnya saya,"katanya. Bahkan, Susno dengan lantang mengaku dirinya dulu ikut mendirikan lembaga KPK itu. Tentara NATO 12 Banding 1 Dengan Taliban, dan Masih Jauh dari Kemenangan

Brussels - Saat ini, di Afghanistan terdapat lebih dari 100,000 pasukan internasional yang bekerja bersama 200,000 tentara Afghanistan dan polisi. Tentara akan ditambahkan lagi hingga perbandingannya 12 banding 1 Taliban, namun hal tersebut bahkan sama sekali tidak mendekati kemenangan bagi pasukan penjajah.

Sekarang, komandan Amerika dan NATO di Afghanistan meminta lagi tambahan 10,000 tentara baru untuk menghadapi meningkatnya eskalasi serangan gerilyawan disana, hal ini menimbulkan pertanyaan sampai berapakah jumlah tentara yang dibutuhkan untuk sukses di Afghanistan.

Komandan Jenderal Stanley McChrystal menyatakan, tentara extra sangat dibutuhkan untuk menerapkan strategi baru yang difokuskan untuk melindungi penduduk sipil yang saat ini mulai memberikan dukungan terhadap militan, mereka mungkin hari ini Taliban dan besok mereka menjadi petani.

Gedung Putih pada hari Selasa memberikan pernyataan bahwa Presiden Barrack Obama hampir menyelesaikan pertemuan dan memberikan usulan mengenai bagaimana proses di Afghanistan, dimana disana delapan tentara kembali tewas dalam sebuah ledakan. Bulan Oktober saat ini menjadi bulan paling mematikan bagi pasukan Amerika di Afghanistan, banyak ahli menanyakan mengenai butuhnya tentara tambahan.

Pejuang Taliban diperkirakan jumlahnya tidak lebih dari 25,000. Ljubomir Stojadinovic, seorang analis militer dan ahli perang gerilya dari Serbia, mengatakan walaupun McChrystal menambah tentara hingga perbandingannya 20 banding 1 dengan Taliban, hal tersebut tidak akan produktif.

"Mustahil mendapat inisiatif dengan menambahkan tentara asing, hal tersebut hanya akan menimbulkan kebencian dan musuh akan merekrut lebih banyak pasukan bagi mereka", kata Ljubomir. "Uni Soviet juga melakukan hal serupa di Afghanistan pada tahun 1980 an, dan hasilnya malapetaka yang mereka dapat.

Para pembela di pihak McChrystal ngeyel dengan mengatakan jika Amerika telah belajar dari kesalahan Soviet. Atas instruksinya, tentara NATO ditingkatkan dengan meninggalkan taktik-taktik berat.

"Pada akhirnya (konflik ini) tidak akan dapat diselesaikan dengan cara-cara militer saja", kata jubir NATO James Apparthurai.

Perguruan Santriloka: Al Quran Itu Sesat & Membahayakan Persatuan Indonesia !!!

Ada-ada saja aliran sableng di Indonesia. Sebuah perguruan Ilmu Kalam Santriloka menganggap sebagian isi Alquran sesat dan membahayakan persatuan. Perguruan ini juga mengecam ibadah haji yang dianggap sebagai pembodohan Bangsa Arab terhadap Bangsa Indonesia.

"Alquran sebagian salah dan sesat, sebagian benar. Seperti Surat Alkafirun, itu sesat. Bukan kalam Allah tapi suara orang Arab," kata Pengasuh Perguruan Ilmu Kalam Santriloka Kiai Ahmad Naf'an di Padepokan Santriloka, Kelurahan Kranggan gang 5, Kota Mojokerto, Rabu (28/10/2009).

Menurut pria yang biasa dipanggil Gus Aan ini, Surat Alkafirun menyerukan perpecahan, bukan persatuan. "Bagaimana, kok bisa Tuhan Allah mengecam dan menyuruh orang agar memusuhi orang yang dianggap kafir," jelas Aan sebagaimana dikutip dari detik.com.

Terkait dengan Alquran yang beredar di Indonesia, Gus Aan menyatakan salah. Menurutnya, Alquran bukan dari Bahasa Arab. Melainkan Bahasa Kawi, Bahasa Sansekerta dan Bahasa Jawa Kuno. Alquran merupakan buatan orang Arab untuk menjajah Bangsa Indonesia.

"Alquran yang ada ini, dimodifikasi oleh orang-orang untuk merusak Majapahit, Jawa dan Pancasila. Siapa yang bertanggungjawab, kalau Alquran ini salah. Apa nabi mau tanggungjawab," tambah Aan sambil menunjuk Alquran yang ada di depan kakinya.

Terkait ibadah haji, Gus Aan juga menganggap ibadah haji saat ini tidak sesuai dengan inti ajaran Islam. "Siapa yang menyuruh ke Makkah. Dulu banyak orang mati di Terowongan Mina. Begini kok katanya perintah Allah," kata Gus Aan berapi-api.

Menurut Aan, ibadah haji sebenarnya tidak harus pergi ke Makkah dan sekitarnya. "Sudah dikatakan, kalau Allah itu dekat seperti urat nadi, kenapa umat Islam mengitari batu, dan mau dibodohi orang Arab," kata Gus Aan menambahkan.

Sebelumnya Pondok Pesantren dan MUI di Mojokerto meminta polisi melacak keberadaan pengajian Ilmu Kalam Santriloka. Ajaran pengajian komunitas itu dianggap sesat karena tidak mewajibkan puasa Ramadan dan salat 5 waktu. (muslimdaily/dtk)

Customize your start button

First you need a tool called "Resource Hacker". This free program allows you to change resources in any .exe file such as "Explorer.exe", which includes the [Start] button's Label. You can visit Download.com and search there for "Resource Hacker".
After you download it, follow the guide here:

Step 1:

A - Run "Resource Hacker" and open the file "%windir%\Explorer.exe".
B - You see a Tree of all Resources in this file, expand the "String Table"
C - Find the "start" and replace it with your own text. then press the [Compile Script] button.
D - Save "Explorer.exe" as "MyStart.exe" DONT save it as Explorer.exe, do "save as.." and give it a new name.
E - Quit "Resource Hacker".

Step 2:

A - Click on the [Start] button and choose the "Run..." item from the start menu. (Or use the shortcut key WinKey+R)
B - Type "RegEdit" in the Run "Dialog Box". And then press the [Ok] buton to run the "Registry Editor" program.
C - Go to: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon" and find the "Shell" property.
D - Replace value of the "Shell" property to "MyStart.exe".
E - Quit "Registry Editor".
F - Restart your system.

Note about Registry Editor:
if you did not find the key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon", you can search the Registry for the "Explorer.exe", to do this use the Edit Menu | Find Next (Ctrl+F).

How to bypass web filters

There are several occasions where you will be at a public te How to bypass web filters
rminal, and require access to a particular website that is blocked for some reason or another. How to bypass these restrictions is a very common question, and will be covered here.

Lets pretend for a moment that the Internet is made up of 26 websites, A-Z. The web filter blocks your browser from accessing sites X-Z, but not sites A-W. Simply make the browser think you’re going to A-
W. There are a variety of ways to do this:


Proxy Servers:
This is a list of http proxies. These sites may not be up forever, so you may need to search for “free http proxy” or “public proxy servers” or other similar terms.

Now that you have a list of proxies, you would open IE (internet explorer) and click on Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings > Advanced. Enter the address and port of one of the servers from the list in the proper area (http) and make sure the “use a proxy server for your LAN” option is selected. Remember to replace the proxy and port at your terminal to the original when you're done.

*Note: Some proxies listed may not work, and this method may decrease your surfing speed. By trying various entries, you’ll find one that works, or works faster.

The infamous translation trick:
Go to a web page translation site and use their services to “translate a page to English” thus accessing the blocked page through their trusted site.

You’ll notice that several translation sites are blocked, but by using less popular ones, this method can still be effective. Here is a list of some translation services. Again, these sites may not be up forever, so you may need to search for them.

Url Scripting:



Url scripting is the easiest method. It works on a select few web filters and is based on the same principal as the translation trick. By typing and address like “www.yahoo.com@www.restricted_site.com the filter will not go into effect as it recognizes the trusted site (in this case yahoo.com)

Other tricks:
Simply open the command prompt and type:
Ping restricted.com ? restricted.com obviously being the restricted site
At this point you can take down the IP address (ex. 216.109.124.73) and enter it into the browser. If access to the command prompt is also restricted, see “How to bypass restrictions to get to the command prompt.” If this article has been taken from information leak, then know that it involves anything from opening the browser, selecting view > source, then saving it as X.bat and opening it to opening a folder or browser and typing in the location of cmd.exe depending on the OS. I will not go into further, as this a completely different topic.

Use https://restrictedsite.com as referring to it as a secured site may confuse the filter.

Note: These are ancient methods that many new filters defend against, but still may be applicable in your situation. If not, a little history never hurt anyone.

Web based Proxies:
Another one of the easier, yet effective methods include web based proxies. These are simple in the fact that you just enter the restricted address and surf! Some of these have some restrictions, like daily usage limits, etc but you can also use another proxy (perhaps one that sucks, like a text only) to bypass their restrictions as well. Here is a list of some:

Making your own CGI proxy server:

Making your own proxy server may come in handy, but I personally find that simply uploading a txt file/w a list of proxies to a free host makes for a much easier and headache free solution. If you don’t know PERL, there is code out there to help you set it up. Check out these sites for more info:

Admin Access:
When all else fails, you can simply take over the PC and alter or delete the damn filter. This method varies according to the OS (operating system) you are dealing with. Please see “Hacking Windows NT” for more information. If this tutorial has been taken from information leak, then I will go as far as to say it involves booting the PC in another OS, copying the SAM file and cracking it using a program like saminside or LC5 rather than start a whole new topic within one.

Have Notepad In Send To

Many apply a registry tweak to have notepad as an option for unknown file types. We frequently see such files which are actually just text, but named with some odd file-extension. And then, some suspicious files which we want to make sure what the contents are. Well, in such cases where the registry tweak is applied, the downside happens to be that even some known files get associated with notepad - but no, all we want is to be able to open a file with notepad - the association part in such cases is unwanted interference. Also, notepad becomes a permanent fixture on the right-click menu - which is again an annoyance.

So what we do, is to have notepad as an option in the Send-To options, of the right-click menu in explorer. It fulfils the purpose to perfection (atleast, in my case). Here's what we do:

1. right-click desktop, choose "New >> Shortcut"
2. Type the location of the item - "notepad" - (that's all, no need to give path)
3. Next >> type name for shortcut - "Edit with Notepad"
4. Click finish
5. Now right-click this shortcut on the desktop, and choose properties.
6. Confirm that the "target" and "start in" fields are using variables - "%windir%\system32\notepad.exe" - (absolute paths will be problematic if you use this .LNK on machines other than your own)
7. Now, browse to "%UserProfile%\SendTo" in explorer (which means "C:\Documents and Settings\User_Name\SendTo\" folder)
8. And copy the "Edit with Notepad.lnk" file which you already created, to that folder.
9. So now, you can right-click on ANY file-type, and be offered an option to open with notepad, from the SendTo sub-menu.

So now, you just right-click on an .nfo or .eml or .diz file (which are associated with other programs, and are sometimes just plain-text files), and choose "Send To >> Edit with Notepad" and it will open in notepad!
No more botheration of applying registry tweaks for something as simple as this.
